My name is Giulia, I'm 47 years old and have two children. I am a Fitness Instructor, Wellness&Nutrition Coach and animator of the community of 180,000 women who follow me on Instagram (@fitisbeauty_official).
My experience as a woman and as a Fitness Instructor has led me to understand that women are not all the same!

FUNCTIONALITY OF THE APP
1- By entering your goals (to lose weight, tone up, increase lean body mass), your characteristics, your constitution and your food habits (or intolerances), you get your personalized programme.

2- You can plan your workouts based on your weekly commitments, shifting them as often as you like.

3- A daily guide shows you the exercises to perform in the correct sequence and with the right breaks. The exercises are easy to perform thanks to the videos where I show you and describe how to perform them correctly. You train with me every time!

4- You can add targeted exercises for the parts of the body on which you want to get more results.

5- Your food education plan shows you every day which foods to choose for each meal (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner) how to combine them with each other or replace them with others you like better. And when you have compiled your weekly menus, download the shopping list.

6- You can change your goal as many times as you like based on how your body reacts to the program.

7- You always have me by your side for any doubt or advice

TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION
Fit is Beauty can be downloaded for free, while an active, monthly or annual subscription is required to access the programmes.
Subscriptions include both the training program and the personalized nutrition education plan. New users are entitled to a free 3-day trial period.
For annual subscriptions, the total fee is charged on the date of purchase. Monthly subscription users receive a monthly bill. Payment will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off at any time in your iTunes account settings.
Once the purchase has been made, no refunds can be given for periods of non-use.
